We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your Wagsworth purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy!
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Wagsworth is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or opened grooming products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right!
